(Windows 8) CPU 100% Issue
Cut to the chase:
I noticed my PC was running kind of slow, so i checked the windows task manager, only to find that System process was running at 100%. I closed everything and evidently it kept eating CPU resources.
After some research, and trying a bunch of stuff, the only thing that seemed to work was to turn off automatically updates. (Control Panel > Windows Update > Change settings).
Afterward you can reboot and it will hopefully return to a normal state (minimum CPU usage).
Don't worry if "windows module installer worker" process is the one at 100% full, just let it finish.

Hace unos días mientras trabajaba en mi PC note que el uso del procesador esta al tope por el proceso System. Estaba muy lento el computador, entonces revise el administrador de tareas. Dado que este es un proceso vital para el funcionamiento de el sistema operativo no es posible terminarlo, así que busque que podría ser lo que ocasionaba el problema.
Después de mucho investigar e intentar, lo único que parece funcionar es desactivar las actualizaciones automáticas parece que hay un bug en esto.
Desactive las actualizaciones automáticas y reinicie. Después de esto puede verificar si el proceso sigue consumiendo esa cantidad de recursos.
En caso de que el proceso que consume los recursos sea "windows module installer worker" espere a que este termine.
Por lo general esto funciona.
